Ruby The RabbitFoot announced today that her third album Divorce Party will be released August 12 through Normaltown Records. This is the singer-songwriter’s second album for Normaltown, and finds her moving in more pop-oriented direction.
“I want this to be a soundtrack for anyone going through a transition,” she said. “Every person that we love teaches us, so when it’s time to part ways I think it’s beautiful to appreciate everything we’ve gained from the experience.”
The album was recorded in Ruby The Rabbitfoot’s native Athens, Georgia. In August she will tour in support of Divorce Party. View the tour dates and listen to “Beach Flowers,” a new track from the album, below.
